Upgrading the Big 3

Hey Guys,
I've seen a few posts on the topic. I recently installed a Rockford Fosgate Amp and Sub drawing 600watts rms. I have a 1.5 Farad Capacitor and I am noticing that my headlights are dimming quite a bit whenever the sub is hitting. I would like to know if there is a detailed mod for upgrading the Big 3 on a Gen 6 SE Camry?
What gauges are the wires currently? What gauge should they be increased to? Do I need to purchase any larger fuses?
Pictures would also be of great help as I am not exactly a mechanic.
Oh and also where can you buy a 0 gauge wire? How many feet will I need?

Lotta questions thanks in advance for any answers.

Weird that happened to me when i tried wiring both my subs from 4 ohms to 2 ohms and bridgeing it on my amp. I noticed that my lights dimmed but when i took out a sub and connected just one to 4 ohms bridged my lights stopped dimming. I can go almost max without the car on and my lights wouldnt dim.
Also what AWG wire do you have?

when you do the big 3 i would suggest using 1/0 awg or zero ga as some call it. yeah you should run a in-line fuse for the wire going from the battery to the alt. just a softy measure to not catch the wires on fire even thought its unlikely but rather be safe then sorry right? you can get the 0 or 1/0 awg at any of your stereo shop. you can also buy it from ebay.

i got the big 3 in my car in 0gauge jl audio wiring, 1 runs to ur alternator 1 to the motor mount and 1 to the chasis. stock ur wires are like16gauge n shit. i also used jl audio battery terminal conectors to run the wires off my optima battery. and to be honest wit u the capacitor dont do nothin theere pointless if anything there draining more energy. mainly for looks i guess.

capacitor don't really do anything, It just damage your alternator. unless you have an high output alternator to help charge your battery and capacitor faster

I used to have a pair of jl 12w6v2 running off a jl 1000/ and 4 6x9 speaker runnig off a jl 300/4 amp and there was no dimming. I used 1/0 wiring for installtion and also replaced the stock battery groud with 1/0 wire.

make sure your grounding spot is good, sand it down a bit if you need to, a strong ground is a +++
