i always hated my 06 camry keyless remote. it looks dated. its the same as the 02. can i make a 07 keyless work? do the 07s have the bottons on the key instead of a seperate remote? cause thats what i want. is this possible?

You can trade it in for an 08 . Will a GEN6 key fit in a GEN5 lock, and IGN?
If so, you will be going to the dealer either way....

Sorry; yes 07's have the buttons on the key.

i do too Soohoo
but they 07 key fobs dont work to my knowlage....i say not because they contain computerized keys specific to the vehicle theyre assigned for
i do know you can make a solara/avalon key fob (the round one) work however, as theres a standard way to program those key fobs

They won't work. The remotes and remote keys operate on different frequencies.

You can look up the FCC IDs if you don't believe me.

The buttons on the key seem too bulky.

This is much ado about nothing. You want one key for everything instead of a key and a separate fob. I have a key with the buttons for my ES though.

Anything's possible. That's crazy to start a website on key modding but the craziest ideas usually end up earning the biggest money.

/\ lol. it was a joke. i do however appreciate cool keys. i wasnt being totally honest when i said i dont care about aesthetics! but the MAIN reason is so i can have my keys in my pocket and it wont drive me crazy. the key to my cafe is one of those big keys you cant duplicate without passwords and codes. that plus my car key plus my house key PLUS my remote is too much. i wish i had a swiss army knife that was all of my keys instead of useless toothpicks and screwdrivers.
