are you working with ml2b0n3z? you haven't posted on his thread... so it sounds like 2 different stories going on here... when you say system... is it catback or axleback? ml2b0n3z insists that it is catback, but I think you've been saying that it's axleback... don't know who to believe

toyota motorsports and trd will not allow us to post any pics of this system until released .. only will give us a part number which they didnt give we just came across it due to the fact when we have something being developed we have to associate it with a part number so when you use the asg here at toyota it will show the part numbers.. but they arent to far away but they are a nice set up .. and sound good.. trust me .. now would i want it more than a hks or tanabe no .. but its factory and sounds a heck of a lot better than the borla that we have in the set district..

are you atleast aware of the other thread?
TRD Exhaust

I think I trust you more since TRD has NEVER made a catback... and I agree the midpipe does look good... I figured that out only after I replaced it for a full system... its just standing against the wall of my garage now... hahaha

and I think anything would sound better than the borlas

yes i am aware of the other thread.. im not worried about it .. just answer me this .. why would we ever ask someone to do a test fit on their car or r and d on their car when i have about 435 employees here with camrys and another 3700+ camrys at port .. that i can use .. thank you .. we have plenty of cars to use here .. and i dont just mean the looks of the midpipe i mean the size and shape of it .. its not a bad size midpipe .. and the design of it compliments the two mufflers for the v6 we are building so .. made it just as good if we had gone with a full system .. now i dont agree with the price but hey you got to love us(TRD) we are proud of our stuff lol .. but again .. if we can and by we i mean toyota nation guys can bother hks enough maybe they can build us a set up like they did for the IS350 but again even if hks does build one you might see a diff in power of like 1-2 hp .. maybe and i mean maybe .. our system is truly truly really nice.. trust me .

no i know what you meant... I thought the midpipe was crushbent after the resonator where it dips down, but wasn't... and i thought the y-split was crimped... but wasn't... it has a y-connector... so it is pretty free flowing, which surprised me

and that 1-2 hp is nothing since in varies depending on many variables on the dyno...

Yay for TRD
Boo for price

First I just want to say thanks for the update, and hopefully you can get some pictures/specs for us soon.

Do you know how much this is going to cost for both the V6 and I4 models?
