im gonna replace my cabin filter soon. and i was thinking, what if you dropped a few drops of air freshner on it? would it work or would it smell too strong/not enough?
I'd make it smell like sex. You could be creative on how to get the smell on the air filter. After a while, I don't think it would smell that great anymore though.
i dont know why u guys are giving him a hard time about this.. i dont think its that bad of an idea. clark, if it works, let me know and i will do the same..
think of how often you change the cabin filter and think of how often the air freshner effectiveness wears off.
air freshners (even the JDM ones) last only a few weeks to a month - cabin filters need to be changed about once per year. it'll smell nice for the first bit then if you want to make it smell nice again u gotta crack open the glove box, unscrew it, reach in to remove it and do it all over again.
more hassle than benefit IMO.
