It's an 07 xle Mr. SooHoo. I thought I can adjust the projector up and down which helps the glaring against on comming cars. Do people install the Kit for Fog lights and Highbeam too, or just Low beam. I think Low beam should be good enough if the intent is for driving vision. Any Advice?????
Only low beam. Make sure you cover up the squirrel spotters.

u are ok with installing the HID kit on your 07.. make sure you cover your squirrel spotters(search it if you dont know what they are) and that will cut down on the glare. just stick with the kit on the low beams. u wont need to do it on the high or fogs..
But, to save you a bit of trouble. This is a quick explanation of what it is.
They're those small dimples that you see above the main headlight when you park close to something (IE: a garage door). Their main purpose to to illuminate/throw a bit of light upwards to enable you to read signs and such.
The reason they're such a huge problem with HIDs is that this light is amplified, and in doing so creates a lot of glare in opposing traffic.
Wow, the posts, pictures, and diagrams really help. It seems like pulling the flaps down can still leak out some light. I don't want to permanently blocking the squirrel spotters. You guys think if I push the flaps down, and adjusting my lights downward a few degrees will Help????
