yea. maybe a tad bit bigger side wall. maybe. it looked perfect in real life. this picture however makes it look like the front gap is bigger than the rear. i think it might just be the picture. the red brake calipers look good too. is that a big deal painting calipers? or is it a pretty simple DIY if anyone knows?
Painting the calipers is definately DIY-able. Search for posts by watchcrazy, he did his and they came out good. Now I'm sure all the painted caliper haters will be chiming in saying how high performance cars should be the only one's with painted calipers but screw them, it's your car and as long as you like it, that's what matters. Been considering painting mine as well.

I painted my black. It's very easy, just following the instruction. You take off the wheels then tape the area you don't want to paint then just start brushing the paint......I painted all 4 calipers in 1 hour then wait 2 hours for the first coat to dry then applied the 2nd coat.

well painting my calipers makes WAY more sense than putting brembos on a I4! lol. not to mention the people that hate on it are probably a-ok with a retrofit with some bmw HIDs. which makes zero sense to me... btw lammy, did you say brush?? not spray?
