I've been looking around a bit and I've really came to love the GS430 rims. Of course now it's winter and I have my stock steelies on, but come spring I may want to buy a new set of rims.
I messed around in Photoshop so I can get a better idea on what it would look like, and I'm open to any suggestions/comments.
personally, it looks better with the GS rims.. in that PS, it kinda looks like the rims are more of a gunmetal-ish color than chrome(which i dont like)

I think so to, I like the 5-spoke design much better as well. And as far as I know, the GS rims come in two basic shades, one is the traditional silver and the other is gun metal (which is in the PS). There are also chrome ones, although those were chromed afterwards and not from the factory.

I beleive there is only one color for all GS350/430 5 spokes, it is called hyper silver. They look different based on pics taken and amount of brake dust on there. It is a very nice looking finish. And the chrome is aftermarket 100% of the time (on these rims at least).
I think they look great on the camry, dont let anyone tell you they are overplayed, that may be true on this forum, but I have only seen lammy's and he bought a set from me LOL

I saw this on a few websites as well as what Lammy said:

Stock GS rims only come in 2 types.
1. Silver
2. Hyper-silver (also call Gunmetal)
The ones in the photo above are a bit darker then what they actually will be, the photo that I used to copy the rims over was way overexposed compared to the photo of my car, so I tried to match them up a bit.
And I know a lot of people on this forum have the GS rims, but as you said out on the streets they would be very rare. Heck it's rare when I see a stock SE V6 on the streets! Most are just I4 CE's or LE's, with a few Hybrids thrown in.
I love those GS rims. They'll make your ride look more classy/luxury than your current wheels which currently makes your car look sporty and aggressive. I'm also thinking about getting those rims.

A lot of people on this forum have them because they look great on the Camry! It's all about what you like on your car.
I think the chrome wheels would look great on your car.

I thought about chrome, although the cost to do a professional job would easily cost $400-$600 plus S/H. I think the ones I had during the summer/fall were nice, but I just rather have a somewhat more "stockish" looking car.

Around here thats true, although on the streets there are rarely any modified Gen 6's. Heck I haven't even seen a real GS430 :P
meh
i like your wheels much better imo....the GS wheels have become popular on here and i love them, but i just love how ur car looks with the current wheels
