There should be 4 clips holding on the rear bumper cover underneath the car. Then there is 1 10mm screw behind LT & RT wheelwell, remove this screew from each side. Also there are 2 screws under plastic grommets when you open up the trunk, these need to be removed as well.
Once you remove the 4 screws and 4 clips, you can then start to remove the bumper cover.
Start with the bumper where it meets the rear quarter panel on each side... pull the bumper cover towards you, perpendicular to the car. The bumper clips into slots on the rear quarter panel. once you undo both sides, go to the center of the rear of the car, and lift up an "un-hook" the bumper from where the bumper cover meets the trunk opening.
Once you have the rear bumper cover off, you can then remove the taillights from inside the trunk with three nuts holding the lights in place.
