5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Hey everyone, this will be my last post. I sold my camry because I needed more space. My family's expanding.
I traded it in for a Dodge Magnum RT. Love the 340 horses!!! It's even quicker than the new V6 Camry!! I spend about $20 more on gas per week which is no big deal...
Anyways, thanks to everyone who helped me in any way.

Sad to see you leave, but It's pretty obvious that a 340HP HEMI outperforms a 268HP V6.
Well, Of Course Its Quicker Lol...But Sad To See You Leave...You Could've Gotten A Highlander Or Avalon. But To Each, Their Own I Guess. Congrats On The Purchase

Greg,
Get back to us in three years when the parts start falling off your car. Trade a Toyota for a DODGE

To each their own...
That would be a tough choice...Avalon or a Highlander Hybrid.
I do so love the ride in an Avalon...But, I do like the HighLander's Hybrid ability. They ride pretty darn nice as well.

So what....the guy probably always wanted a Magnum all along.
I really like the styling of those myself.
He was being honest and straight forward.
Station wagons are still the best family vehicle.
I grew up with wagons...
CUVs are nothing more then an modernized wagon.
How many of you guys grew up sitting in the back seat of a station wagon looking out the back?
That was so cool when we grew up. Way way back from the adults in the front seat.
Your own little world back there...

My family had an Oldsmobile Vista Crusier. For the young folks who don't know about these sleds on wheels, it had windows in the edge of the roof which was slightly raised from the second seat to the rear of the wagon. It was about 35ft long (not really, but for a five year old it seemed like it).
