Need information with replacing foglight on 08 camry SE

I got my new 08 camry SE a couple of months ago. I wake up one morning and found out that my passenger side foglights were shattered. I went to the dealership to get an estimation for buying the new lights and installation. The dealership wanted $165 for the one foglight and $200 for installation. I figured that i should just do it myself and save some $$$$. Does anyone know where I can get the replacement foglight assembly and what are the steps to installing the assembly. Also do I need any special equipment??

look on ebay for a new foglight. as for tools, basic stuff like screwdrivers and socket wrenches.. installation: i believe you will need to take the whole bumper off

The ones on eBay are great for the price ($60-$65 for a pair plus all hardware). It doesn't take too long to install it, I installed both sets and did all the wiring for my fog lights in about an hour, you just need to remove the bumper.

Yes, you don't have to take off the bumper. Just the two splash panels under the engine.

As you said it's not necessary to remove the front bumper, although I found it much easier to install them with the bumper off, especially when it came to the wiring.
