Could be a parking pass holder sticker either for college/university or for reserved parking on your own street.
You should put it up behind your rear-view mirror so you don't see it from the driver's seat. If I had such a huge sticker, it would quickly drive me nuts.
Visibility is already poor in the Camry due to the windshield pillars - further obstruction is the last thing needed.

that's funny when i go to buffalo, ny all my family there has registration stickers on there cars i thought they were ugly there and its on every car on the windshield
