HID kits and questions

Has anyone gotten HID's from this site?

http://www.xenonlink.com/index.php

They are for 135 but Im unsure about the quality. Whats a good sign that your getting quality ballast and bulbs. Dont want to spend 250+ unless its really worth it.

Ive seen slim ballast kits on EBAY for around 100 and they seem to be popular.

Any suggestions, advise would be greatly appreciated.

I think both links you put up are junk. A good sign of ballast quality is brand (Matsushita, Denso-Koito, Phillips, to name a few), and 99% of the time, price. Same goes for bulbs. Phillips and OSRAM are the bulbs you'd want for quality.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

PIAA is good quality, but its not worth the $$$. When you buy PIAA, you're essentially just paying for the brand, really. I suggest sticking to Phillips or OSRAM products. They're well-priced, and high quality.
