As alot of you know, i just got my new 2008 LE V6. Short of floreing it and breaking it lose, i would do that but its a new car and it has to be broken in first. So how do i tell if i have traction control, and/or skid control?

Reason: typo
Your car is still pretty new, do you still have your window sticker? It should be listed as an option or an option package on the right side. According to the Toyota Website, that option is either available by itself for about $650, or bundled in a large package that costs about $2600. (moonroof, JBL cd changer, bluetooth, and the vsc/traction control).
Otherwise, I think that if you have VSC/Traction control, as said above, you'll have an indicator light on the dash that looks like a car with skid marks. On my hybrid, (which is a bit different), it's in the lower right hand corner of the dash/speedometer.
If it turns out that you do have it, make sure you tell your insurance company, it may save you a few dollars on your car insurance.
It's Goning To Be In There Regardless. If You Have It, Or Not. All Camry Manuals Are The Same. My 02' LE Doesn't Have Side Air Bags, A Moon Roof, JBL Radio, Or ABS. But, It's All In The Manual.
thanks, yea its not on the window sticker. So im guessin i dont have it. Atleast now i dont gotta wory about it cuttin in if i want to light em up. lol

What year is your SE, i have an 08 and when i start my car or just turn my key my VSC or Traction control doesnt go on. But while driving my traction or VSC will come on.

I love my VSC. My 02 Camry didn't have it and I always had a lot of front tire slip. Whenever my VSC kicks in the icon on the dash flashes rapidly. I don't known about TRAC though because even though I have it, i've never seen it light-up outside of starting the car.
Another question, does anyone know if the ABS light is supposed to flash when it kicks in??
