Gen6 Sirius Kit for JBL without Nav

I'd like to add Sirius to my 2008 Camry Hybrid. It has the non-nav JBL system. It would seem from looking at toyotapartsdelivered.com that these are the right parts...

Camry SIRIUS Receiver Kit (WITHOUT NAV)
PTS31-53060

SATELLITE RADIO (SIRIUS) Fit Kit
PTS31-00051-AA

Has anyone ordered and installed these yet? There seems to be a lot of confusion over which are the correct parts (or maybe it's just that I am confused) and I want to make sure I'm getting the right goods.

Thanks

I went with this kit:

http://www.tss-radio.com/toyota-siri...ry-p-4471.html

Mainly because it was cheaper then the Toyota OEM kit and I heard a lot of good things about SoundLinq2...

You can find a few pics from my install here:

2008 XM Radio Ebay

But if you want to go OEM check this out:

How about asking your selling dealer to order and install the OEM...

Well, I could certainly do that, but the one at toyotapartsdelivered.com is the OEM, is undoubtedly cheaper than what my dealer will charge me for it, and I'd just as soon install myself and save the cash.

EuroPlate, thanks for the info. Looks like another good option. The OEM from toyotapartsdelivered.com does cost a tad more after you factor in shipping, but it's negligible. At any rate, you are happy with the Soundlinq2? How's the 3M tape holding up so far? Any tips on pulling everything apart, aside from using nylon tools? Everything fit back together ok without subsequent rattling?

Thanks!

I'm very happy with the SoundLinq2 and SCC1 Sirius tuner...sound quality and reception are great.

The 3M tape is rock solid...and I have zero rattles...even with the rare below freezing temperatures we experience here in Tampa in the last few days. Taking apart was also simple...all I used were my fingers and a firm grip...the toughest thing to remove was the air vent above the head unit...

This will give you an idea of what to remove...

In step 5...remember to pull up from the back (edge closest to the armrest) as the front has little hinges...

Let me know if you have any other questions...

I have the built in Sat-Radio (Sirius) and I wish I had the NAV screen.
Not for the NAV so much but, so I can SEE the WHOLE Song and Group that is playing.
At least I wish I could change the font size so it is smaller and more words can be put in per 'line'.
I know there is a smaller font because the CD player uses that font for all 6 disks.

Very annoying not being able to SEE all of the info that is displayed.
It dosn't even scoll by like on my Sportster 4.

Like I said, I do not need the NAV unit. Just the damn screen.

Yeah I couldn't agree with you more...

Not to mention being able to tag favourite songs and so on...

To "see" the songs and artists is the main reason I ordered the Nav system ...ususally, I also don't need a Nav to find my way to the grocery store or work
