That sucks. At least it doesn't look serious. That should be very easy to fix.
Are you sure? It looks pretty bad, the muffler and at least part of the exhaust system are gone. The bottom of the trunk where the spare tire is located is dented up, and it looks like some minor body damage. Make sure to keep us posted on what happens when you get the damage figure from the insurance adjuster.
thanks! I'm alright. Some lady didn't slow down enough and hit me on the highway. Looking at her car and the airbags didnt go off, i thought she was toast for sure! But we were both alright.
so they estimated its gonna be at $3500 maybe a lil more. Thats almost 1/5th for what i paid for the car, so thats pretty crazy. As far as damages, pretty everything needs to be replaced. The exhaust tubing bent into the rear suspension, so thats gotta be replaced. They said their wasn't that much damage but they still need to take everything off. THe bumper and aero kit i still have which remarkably is still in good condition except for paint and broken tabs here n there.

yes he's sure - it doesnt look bad at all ...
+ exhaust is easy to fix
+ the frame looks untouched, the bumper did its job and took the damage
+ body panels are sitting around all over the world in boxes, ready to be opened
but that doesnt mean it will be cheap
btw, OP - the title makes no sense ... unless you were working on your taillights while on the highway
