Gen6 Removing lower splash shield?

How do I go about removing the splash shield so I can access the fog lights without breaking anything on a 07-08 camry se?

You actually can just remove the wheel well covers and still reach into the fog lights. Use a flathead and you typically can just remove the clips off, whether it be pushing the button in the middle of the clip or just prying it off, it depends on the type of clip.

there's about 5 bolts that you need to remove with a socket wrench... I believe 10mm... it goes along the bumper edge, just follow it... and pull down

I just removed 3-4 bolts that hold the splash gaurd up and was able to bend the gaurd down a bit to access the fog lights.
