Gen5 Brake Light

i drive a 2003 camryLE, and i just noticed my right brake light is out. wen i turn my headlights on both taillights stil light up but wen i press the brake the right side dont get brighter. i checked the tail and stop fuses under the dash both still good. was curious is it the lightbulb? but i figure if it turns on still wen i turn my headlights on how can it be the bulb? anyone kno?

Yes, it is the light bulb. It has a dual filiment, The brake portion is burnt out. Rplace bulb with a new one.
