Gen 6 extended warranty?

Those of you with 07s+...how much was your extended warranty? Did you buy it at the same time with the vehicle or did you buy it later?

Here is another place that has excellent warranty prices that isn't listed in that thread. I'll probably buy from them.

R 3rd party warranty reliable? I hate warranty. Paid $2k for Sears Warranty and when we had problem they screw us over and over. Wife made me cancel it and save the rest of that warranty to buy new appliance.. no more warranty.

toyotawarrantyinfo.com has the platinum 7yr 100K $0 deductible for $930 and that link you posted has the same plan for $965. The dealer selling the warranty at twi.com is "Bernardi Toyota" and the other warranty is offered by Bernardi..wonder if these are the same people?

3rd part warranty? this is a genine Toyota warranty, the same one you will get at the toyota dealer where you buy your car at.

3rd party is reliable...just never paid. You can rely on them to turn down your claim. It's an insurance policy. Never buy it.

I got my Toyota extended warranty when I purchased the car and it was negotiable. I think there is some dealer pack because they quoted me $200.00 less than the book price which was a mistake but they easily gave it to me for that price which, I believe, was about $1500.00. I also took the car to another dealer for service and there was no question.
