Okay, I just want some suggestions on wheels. I would like to put 20's on my 2008 camry, and im tired of this he say she say feedback im getting from other websites. So i just want to know can anyone let me know of some rims that have been tested and proven on our cars? Meaning people have put these wheels on their camry's with no problem. Thanks you!
P.S. Im looking at the axis penta 20x9 with a 40 offset, and 225/35/20 tires.
Will those fit with no problem? I have stock suspension on my se, and plan to keep it like that.
I don't have 20", but from many other threads we learned that 9" wide can cause some issues. If you go 20x8 instead it will be just fine with 225/35. 225 on 20x9 is stretched.
I wasnt thinking about lowering it, but ill see. I just want to know if my stock suspension, how it is now will cause any problems if i throw 20x8.5 with a 40 offset.
Okay so I learned that "Moky" has 19x8.5 and 19x9.0 with an offset of 35mm. He seems to be doing just fine. So I figure if I do 20x9.0 all the way around with a 40mm offset I should be good right? Cause http://www.performanceplustire.com even suggested it for our GEN 6 when I put the car information down, or atleast axis penta's were suggested at that size (20x9.0) with a 40mm offset. As of right now, I have no intention of dropping my car, and if I do, then maybe just an inch. So what do you guys think? Let me know. If I can get someone with first hand expierience it would be great.
