Um, sorry I wasn't looking for mudguards, but as for the first URL I couldn't get a picture for the item although that sounds right.
My car doesn't have bottom headlights ( or fog lights I believe).
Instead it's got some sorta plastic part that covers that area so I guess it would be an opening cover as you said.

Splash Guards = Inner Fender well = Fender Liner
Or, engine splash guards = Engine Under Cover.

I'm looking for a passenger fog light cover for an 07 camry.
Also looking for the plastic piece under the car engine. ( a local mechanic called it a splashguard which is why I call it a splashguard too although I didn't mean mudguard )
Ah, I didn't think the moderator could read minds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Engine Under Covers or Splash Shields.................
Do you need both left and right halves?
Yes I do need both sides. I went over quite a big hole.
My dad bolted most of it back on after I messed it up but it's got a gigantic tear that catches big branches or anything that could hang onto it if I drive over it.
