That is a long topic - so many options and so many suppliers. First decide if you like just 1) the headrest monitor and an under seat type DVD player/changer or if you rather take 2) the now more popular headrests with integrated DVD players.
You can start looking at pages like http://www.qualitymobilevideo.com/dvdchangers.html. Both versions come Car model specific....just search the net and read some reviews for starters. One popular, but pretty pricey brand name is Myron & Davis, Visualogics are cheaper and popular, more high end is Alpine.....many, many more options.
Personally, I would not do option 2 - simply imagine you are driving and your kid in the back wants to have a new movie put in - not possible to operate the headrest DVD players from the driver seat.

I don't know about your area, but my local dealership offered this type of product, including installation.

Yeah, this kind of style (DVD player within headrest) is also offered by many vendors now Myron and Davis ($1700 installed), Soken ($1500 w/o install). But, check out Best Buy (if you are in the US) - they have a complete, factory match color kit for $999 - 2 headrests with IR headphones, DVD player under the seat, game input etc and that is with installation. I think best buy uses Visualogic screens. Crutchfield also has an Alpine $699 monitor set (good quality), but after custom installation, harness, and adding the DVD player and FM modulator you end up at ~$1500 installed as well. As I said - tons of options. I lean towards Crutchfield...good quality, custom built into your headrest, and I can have the DVD player in the glove box.

Thanks guys I know Best Buy seems like a good price, my only thing with them is quality of install. I was hoping to stay around the $1000 range. I appreciate all your input
