Car won't turn over. Ignition gone bad or battery?
So, today, my car was running fine until later tonight when I was heading out to the gym. To my surprise, the car won't start. It won't even turnover or let out a little putter. My battery is fine but I think that's where the problem is but then again, I tried jump starting it and it's still no good. I think it's probably a blown fuse or something, but I found nothing so far. Should I take it to the dealers or a toyota mechanic?
This might sound weird but make sure the shift gear is all the way to P.
You you said it won't turn does it give you a noise or everything is just quiet?

Not turning, I meant as in the car won't start. Don't worry about it now, I narrowed it down to two things. It's either the battery is dead or the alternator. But I do hope it's just the battery. I tried jump starting the car, it won't start. Called AAA and jump started with their battery and it turned on fine but died again.
Whenever i tried turning the car on, all the lights and headlights would start flaring and blink on and off and eventually die. Then there would be this weird ass humming noise near the fusebox.

That does not sound good and not like that the battery is the original issue (but might be affected as a result though), sounds more like a lot of current goes the wrong way (alternator could be). Humming normally is a sign of an overload, like when their is a short in a generator/compressor or similar. Not much help, but let a professional check that out before you damage more trying.
FWIW-- It wasn't on my Camry, but my last car, and could still apply. I got it jumped, took it into the place that sold me the battery since it was on warranty. The guy spent all day dorking around, then called me in a panic that "the entire electrical system" was "dead" and needed "redone". Okay, 100,000 plus miles, possible, but..? He calls back 45 minutes later. "Good news- I called the 800 number on the battery and did some tests they told me about- it's a short inside the battery. You can pick it up in an hour."
It shorted overnight?
I don't know if that's of any help, but I wouldn't have thought of it. Then again, unlike this yokel, I haven't spent 20 years as a mechanic.
Turn the key and see if the dash lights work. Do they dim out when you attempt to crank the engine?
What's the standing voltage of the battery?
Oh, of course I'd turn on the car when it's in neutral or park. When I first turned the key, the dashboard and headlights turned on fine, but when I turned it into ignition, everything went crazy and all the lights turned off and started to flicker and eventually the whole car died. But the alarm worked just fine.
