OD fulltime or not

Ok, bought a 2005 Camry LE a couple weeks ago that was a 3 yr lease return with very low miles. Anyway, turns out the Owner's Manual was missing (I've since contacted the salesman, he put one in the mail for me - still waiting) so I'm not sure if it's best to run my 4 cyl Camry with overdrive "off" or always on? When I picked up the car it was w/ OD on, but I always thought OD was reserved for when you're cruising along at freeway speeds and not everday stop and go? Any input? TIA.

keep it on..just use it to deccelerate off a highway onto a ramp...or if you go down a twisty turny road..use it to downshift and scrub off speed.
