Anone have a recommendation for an IPod adaptor to the Camry/JBL that actually works and displays songs and play lists? There are so many on the market and I have heard that they don't all work. They are also priced from $50.00 to $250.00. I guess they just plug into the back of the radio in the Satellite input????

I have my IPod plugged into the "aux audio in" right now but I'd like to control it from the dash..... But not for $300.00.

Thanks
Chuck

Do you also have a nav unit?

Search through Crutchfield's website starting there: http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...adapter&tp=120

The USA Spec PAC-12TOY displays the song artist and title on the factory radio. I put mine in Hybrid mode so that I can control it from the ipod itself. I like to use my playlists, but it's a bit cumbersome in the fact that I have to create 5 specific playlists on my iTunes beginning with TOYOTA for the unit to recognize it. If you don't do that it will automatically play the first 5 playlists on your ipod.

A good unit and if you know someonein the audio field you can have it for cost, which was around $70 for me. I installed it myself and it's probably the best direct interface around.
