Gen6 TRD Springs (Help)

I just bought camry 2008se and I want my first mod to be lowering it.My question is? When I replace the springs with TRD SPRINGS do I need anything on the car? or just take out the old and in with the new. Thank you for any usefull info.

Yes, it's that easy, just remove the old springs and put the TRD spring in. But actually taking apart the strut assembly to get to the spring is not all that simple and you need the right tools.

I had a few guys from the forum here help me install TRD springs into my car, and overall it was pretty straight forward. Although from what I've heard, it's a good idea to get an alignment performed after installing the springs.

+1, don't forget the alignment. Some will tell you to wait until the springs are settled, but I had it aligned at day one. At a Toyota shop, they charge around $80 for it and it was worthwhile. Also, if aligned at the dealer you have a record, which always helps for mfg warranty questions.
