A fuse may be the part of the solution, but there isn't some master fuse that will soley trigger this light. The lights come on to tell you that there is a problem and has stored a code that needs to be retrieved. You can either take it to the dealer or you can get it yourself by jumping a couple of terminals at the diagnostic connector under the dash and counting the # of times the warning light flashes. Either way, you should try and find out what your car is trying to tell you.
This is a picture of the connector under the dash. Jump these two terminals and turn the ignition to the on position. The warning lights will flash a two digit code like 12 or 31. These codes correspond to a trouble code and diagnostic procedure to help fix whatever the problem is. If you want to try jumping it and report back here with the code, we'll look up the problem for you and see if it's an easy fix.
