I accidently stripped the bolt holding one of the rear brake lines to the suspension while taking out my TRD springs. Luckly I managed to hold it together with some zip ties, but obviously this is a temporary fix.
Anyone have any meaningful advice? I have no clue as to the process of actually removing one.

Any reason y you're taking out the TRD springs? going back to stock?... is the threading stripped or is the head stripped? i'm sure you can get another bolt ordered from the dealer or if you know the thread size and length, go to home depot and get another one

I'm going through one of my moments where I'm rebuilding my suspension. I felt like going back to stock until I get my hands on my second set of wheels plus some coilovers. The ride is like night and day. I kind of like the stock ride right now, but by next month I'm sure I'll get the itch and start from scratch.
As for the bolt, the head got lobbed off. I'm thinking I should carefully dremel a notch into the area and use an impact screwdriver to pry it out.

If the head sheared off and the threads aren't buggered up too bad you can probably buy a left hand drill bit and a ez-out and get it out. One tip, if you decide to cut a notch in the top of it take your screw driver and grind it down to fit the notch you make perfectly. Otherwise you might just round out the notch you made (or your screwdriver) Soak it with some PB Blaster first and let it soak in eitherway
this happened to a friend of mine on his blazer. what he did was shave the head of the bolt off, find the back side of the bolt, and then used some sort of steel rod he had laying around and beat out the bolt w/ the rod and a hammer. probably a bit rougher then you want to be with it, but it might be worth a shot as a last resort
