Gen5 uh oh something broke

The button on my windshield that holds the rearview mirror just broke (took a thin layer of glass with it). I tired epoxying it back together but I have no idea how it'll turn out. Gotta wait till it drys in the morning. If that doesnt work does anyone have any ideas on what I can try to mound the button backon the windshield?

wow ive never seen the rearview fall off and take the glass with it...usually the adhesive backing loosens and comes off....toyota sells just the adhesive backing for the mirror....ive mounted a few of them at work and its very easy
i have no idea what to advise for your situation tho, as ive never seen the glass actually come with it
