2007 camry LE 2.4L dragging question.

Hi there,
I was wondering if any of you with 2007 camry LE 2.4L when crusing 30-50 MPH and letting off accel pedal get that feeling like car is dragging? It's excessively slowing down even driving down the hill. Its so annoying but Toyota says its normal and there's nothing they can do at this time... I dont believe them but what can I do?
Does any of you experience the same behavior?
Thanks for any response!

i notice that when going down hill. I believe its engine braking. Some times when i lift my foot i can feel it "dragging" so i guess its normal.

the tranny adapts to your foot.

so if you take ur camry out and drive it normally, it'll shift a lot sooner. but lets say that you have a heavy foot. if you let go of the accelerator @ 3,000 RPM, it'll stay up there! this is COMPLETELY normal. Plus there is something called engine decelerating on hills. If you brake consistently on a hill, your car will see that you are on a hill and keep it at a lower gear.

no need to be worried. your car is fine.
