I noticed with the SE, you have the option of the navigational system. Does that come with the upgraded JBL stereo? Is the stereo with the non-navigation system the same stereo as the LE or CE?
I was looking for one with cloth, and the upgraded JBL stereo. It doesn't need to be a navigational system.
Read alot on the 4 cyl. version v-6. What are your opinions? I have a 2004 Mazda 6. 1,000 miles over warranty the engine blew. Mazda is covering it, but after a hassle with them. I want to trade it in.
How is the room in the back seat? I'm expecting our first daughter in two months so I need a little more room as well. How are these SE's in the snow/rain?

I don't mean to jack this thread but I think my quesiton is pertinent. Do the I-4 and V6 SE share the same stock suspension? Is there any difference between the two suspension-wise?
Thanks for the reply. So basically I can get the JBL Stereo option without the Navigation system?
Alot of these online sites don't list whether their SE has the JBL or not. I heard there is a big difference in quality.
Without Nav you can have either w/ or without JBL. Nav always comes with JBL. I recommend the JBL if you do not plan to do aftermarket audio upgrades soon. If you do, save the money for the JBL as you will through it out anyway.
Recommend V6 vs I4 - if you like more power, if you want to save money I suppose I4 will do as well Don't forget even the I4 can move the camry very well, just not really "sporty". I tested the V6 vs a C300 with Hemi and it is not much difference...

Before you go with SE, do a comparison with the XLE
- XLE has smartkey you can't get as an option on the SE. No need to put in key to start engine or open door.
- XLE come standard with Nav and JBL
- XLE rearseat recline (i dont think SE has it, i could be wrong)
- SE has the sport kit and spoiler standard
- SE has 17" rim vs XLE 16"
- SE has sport suspension, a bit more rough than XLE
The engine and power between the two are identical. The room in the front and back are identical.
And yes totally agree. Get the V6!! That is a must.

XLE does not come with NAV standard, only JBL. But their are other, "family" oriented options why I picked the XLE vs SE and you can consider: rear folding seats (not possible in SE due to sway bar), dual climate control (a must for me and my wife ), rear seat reading lamps (kids love that to read their books) etc and if you consider to mod it you can get a body kit, larger rims, and a lowering kit to overcome the main advantages of an SE. Latter makes the XLE incl mod's way more expensive though...and SE still has the more sporty suspension (my XLE with TRD and 18" does not ride bad either though).

I have rear reading lights in my SE and how did you get your rear seats to fold flat.
