dealer has them
i work at a dealer and i have about 100 of these fuckers in my toolbox....be careful cause theres a few different things holding this in....its screwed in all around the edges with 10mm screws and washers and it has 3 plastic clips in the middle securing it to the subframe
My friend went to a dealership to try and get them to look this part number and a bunch of other part numbers up and they wouldn't do it without them inspecting the car themselves...wtf? They're fairly shady with the upsells at this dealership (seriously, they once claimed I had $8000 of damage to my car and pointed to normal parts of the design claiming it was frame damage) but I've never had a parts department do that to me.
Anyways, does anybody know the size for the bolts next to the clips? I would just take one off except I'm already missing a couple and if I take one off the whole undercover will be falling off.
I've done some of my own searching and it seems like the parts I need have the following #'s (I have the same 2003 Camry as the OP as a 2.4L LE) I think most of these are right so maybe this will help someone but if someone could verify that I'm not totally wrong it'd be great:
Transmission drain plug washer/gasket Toyota # 90430-18008 The plastic clips you guys found # 90467-07201 Transmission drain plug: #90341-18016 (not sure about this one) Engine undercover bolt: #90159-A0010 Bolts for the front of the seats #90119-10711 or #90119-A0112
Not sure why the dealership was being so obnoxious to my friend. I know it's not really a huge profit to sell people some bolts and gaskets but I feel really bad since he walked like an hour to the dealership.
my 07 ( 4 cylinder) seems to have ONLY plastic retainers, I do not see any screws ???
Is that correct ???? It does not look very secure !!!!
I wouldn't worry about it too much, I think mine came off only because various places have worked on my car and I think they kept taking them off and putting them back on and they probably wore out or broke. Just annoying that my dealership made it so difficult to get the parts.
Trying to find aftermarket versions is even more annoying though since half the places don't seem to have results that show up with description searches.

I broke mine in the process of getting them off for the transmission pan drop and ATF change. Picked a package of various sizes from Kragen for 2.14 + tax and all is fine now.
After finding my wife's cowling loose and hanging several times, I stressed to her the importance of NOT pulling in so far over parking abutments when she parks.
