Those of you who added leather..

I have a question for those of you with a 2007 or 2008 that had leather seats added at the port or dealer - not factory... Are the inserts on your door panels leather or fabric?

I had an aftermarket Katzkin leather kit installed and the door inserts installed were the same leather as on the seats.

? is your camry a ce/le/se/xl? Our camry has the leather and the door panel too. But we looked at a le with leather and the door panels where cloth. I asked the salesman what was up with the cloth door panels and he said that they had to cut corners on packages to reduce the cost. Hell for few extra bucks they could have done that small insert in leather. Needless to say, I couldn't look past it so we up graded to the next leveler to have the leather door panels too. Hope it helps.

i had mines done at the dealer..same leather is on the door panels so yes theya re suppose to install on the 4 door panels as well.....

Yeah I second that, would love to see the katzkin pics. Did you install it yourself or did you go somewhere to have install? If you did yourself, how hard was it and how long did it take? If you went somewhere, how much did it cost? Thanks! How much were your seats in general?

Gulf States Toyota did not install leather in the doors. I talked to corporate and they said they had too many failures and it was too time consuming to do it.

I've been looking at a leather upgrade but I can't find anything I like. The Kazkin kits are all light grey and beige.

If you look through my old threads you'll find one from when I installed my Katzkin and the pics. It came with leather for the door panels but I have yet to install it.
