tire pressure sensors

hey guys i know its not for a camry but i figured it would be the same. my gf has an 06 rolla S with TPMS. her pass. rear tire had to be replaced the other day so i brought it to the local gas station. i didnt know it at the time that she had TPMS. The day after she had it replaced, her check tire pressure light came on. We made sure her tires were filled with the right pressure(33-35 PSI) and i reset the light. She just called me and said the light came on again! my question is, what is the rules about replacing a tire with TPMS on the wheel? Does it have to be replaced? Did the gas station f*ck up? Thanks in advance guys

You can see visually if it is there by comparing the valve stem to the others.

If it is there it could be damaged or her tire pressure is low again.

could you or someone else explain further how i would visually see the difference in valve stems? also, she has less than 10k on the car, is this something that could be covered under warranty? if not, is there a way to make the gas station pay for repairs that we would incur?

A replacement would be rubber.
