If you have the Sat radio option on your OEM stereo (not all have, look for the SAT button) you can use a Terk tuner. Their was a discussion here not too long ago that their run out model is on sale for $99.

I took it apart a month ago when installing a Sirius kit...

Hopefully this will help you...

In step 5...remember to pull up from the back (edge closest to the armrest) as the front has little hinges...

Here are a few pics from the install:

This is the SoundLinQ2 kits...

Here's the center console almost completely removed...

Head unit removed...

I ran the antenna wire through the trunk under the rear seat...

Trunk...

From the rear seat I ran the wire under the plastic molding...

From here I ran the wire under the carpeting and driver seat...

I used two plastic shirt collar inserts to insert the wire behind the rubber molding that's around the back windshield...

I also hid the Sirius antenna with a VG Shark fin, you can see more pics and info here...

I installed the SoundLinQ2 and Sirius tuner on the passenger side under the airbag (there is enough room there so that it stays out of the way of the airbag and it keeps the tuner static free since it's not near the head unit)...

I mounted the two units using double side heavy duty 3M tape (keeps everything on solid and no vibrations)...

Here's everything back together...

I think you're refering to XM Nav Traffic which is available on Toyotas if you have a navigation unit and choose to go with XM radio instead of Sirius.

Not on a Gen 6 Camry...at least not mine. I have an 07 SE V6 w/NAV and XM from the factory. No NAV Traffic available. I don't think our NAV unit is even capable of the feature. I'm sure I could go through OEMVALUE for a unit from another model, but that isn't really OEM now is it

According to XM's website, the only Toys with this capable in the factory NAV is the '08 Corolla and Matrix (and subsequent model years).

It looks good on the 09 Corolla. On the Nav menu screen there is a new option and sub screen.
I have the 09 Corolla and Matrix quick ref nav guides in front of me.
