This looks like a great deal on mod express HID kits. Usually they sell for $140 with discount. They are doing a group buy. Once they hit 20 people, we get coupons and we can purchase the kits ourselves at mod express' website
here's an idea.. has anyone tried covering the squirrel spotters with a blue tinted film? This way, you'll have a cool blue look but tinted enough so it won't blind anyone.
oh yea, question for people with 4300k HIDs with original camry projectors. Does the light output have nearly as much blue tint to it as stock BMW or acura hid low beams? I know the ground will pretty much be lit up bright white, but do drivers passing by see white or blue? Everytime I pass a BMW, Acura, Audi with HIDs, they all seem very blue.

That's a terrible idea. It'll still be blinding. And it'll make your output look terrible. Fabricated blue lights (which includes tinted bulbs) are wack.

What you see from other cars isn't "blue tint" ...its the cutoff line. Its how light is refracted through the lens. The further away from the light source, the wider the blue cutoff line. If those cars have OEM HIDs, they're actually emitting white light. Even my HIDs look slightly blue-ish from far away because of the cutoff.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

Also the blue tinted film will not withstand the heat inside the headlight housing. That's why we used either a metal or soda can so that they can handle the high temperature.

Back on stock height and love it!
Anyways The hid's are very simple to intall. You should get the relay with it. Would probably be better in the long run. And if you guys have time, check out the manual that comes with it. I found typos every where, it looked very unprofessional but the kit it self works fine.
how long have you had the kit? What color temp and projectors are you using?
I guess im going to get flamed!
anyways i got 4300k. i WAS debating wiht 6000k but thank god i didnt! the 4300k are more blue than i even wanted!! but its all good because i still like it better than stock. Ive had the kit for about 2 weeks so i cant exactly give u a good review. And for projectors eh... *puts on flame suit* im just using the halogen reflectors in my accord. so far i havent got flashed yet and i dont think the glare is that bad at all.
