Canada Noob - Silver Window Tint on 08

Hi Folks - I think this forum is great and I am new here. I've searched the archives, but can't quite find what I am looking for. Here is my short story:

I recently purchased an 08 Camry LE and think it is great - it is Desert Sand Mica. My Camry replaces a 96 Volvo Turbo Wagon - the LE is much slower than the turbo (of course) but I am sure it will be more reliable and less costly over the long haul now that I have a family to look after.

For shitsandgiggles I added some after market rims to my Camry - the American Racing Santa Cruz Crome - and I love the look of those new rims with my stock 16" tires. No hwy vibrations so far, and handles A-OK. That's all OK with me...my rallying days are over. I might lower my car, but it is not a prioritiy right now..........

WHAT I want now is to tint my windows, but I can't find examples here of what I am looking for!

What I am looking for here is a picture of silver/reflective windows because I want to compare it to traditional dark tinted windows. I want to compare one tinted look to the other - and a google search didn't help! I believe the legal limit here where I live is 35%, so I want to see what typical dark windows look like on a Camry vs reflective/silver windows.

Using the Toyotanation search engine here, how can I find examples of silver tinted window pics on 5+6 gen Camrys? What are the key word search terms I should use - because I've use a few and they didn't find what I wanted?!

Any advise appreciated - Thanx.

I didn't know what "silver tinted window" would look like so I googled it and this is what I found:

If this is what you are looking for then you won't find it in the search for Gen5&6 because I have never ever came across any member on this Gen5&6 forum that had these silver tinted window. Not my cup of tea but to each of his/her own.

Yea, if you wanna see cops who bug people for tint, just get the mirror tint. They'll be all over you

I haven't seen it on Camry but I might have seen it on the clublexus forum.
I think it was on a white Lexus IS though.

Just go with regular black tint for a cleaner look.

it's not legal in Canada..so don't even bother with it..will be a waste of money first time a cop pulls you over it'll be a big ticket and you'll have to remove it

He could be talking about the titanium tint, which has a silverish look to it. The high end luxury cars had a lot of that stuff a few years back. I see mostly black/grey now.

I am going to have mine tinted in summer, but when I go to an auto tint shop, should the brand of tint they use be the major factor of consideration? Are 3M and FormulaXXX the better choices? Are there different colours on the same brand? I saw blue tint on some Mercedes, Honda tends to use greener tint. What colour would look best on a gray Camry? I am going for 35% all around and hoping to have a consistent elegant look. What colour would look best? Black and green?
