I'm looking into throwing a kit on my '04 CAM Lunar Mist.... I've been looking around at different kits and this one in particular struck my eye.. it's the Wondrous Body Kit, I've seen some other postings but haven't seen any with some before/after pics.
What do you guys think? Any suggestions on other kits for the Gen 5 CAMs? I'm looking for something clean.. nothing too crazy but not something I would be dissappointed in myself for wasting money.
personally, id still rather go with the oem rear spats and side skirts and a vizage front lip...a few members here have that kit and it looks amazing
look in the gen 5-6 picture thread sticky above the threads here and youll get an iodea of how it looks

The Vizage front lip is very nice, but it doesn't match up with the lines of the SET side skirts and rear spats. I agree that it does look good.
I really don't like this one at all either. I kind of like the understated factory type look. This one looks like a really cheap add on:
This one looks better, I just think the front and rear bumpers screams ricer.
Yes, the SET body kit is made for Gen 5's ('02-'04) and Gen 5.5's ('05-'06). The kits are the same except for the front spats. They are different for Gen 5's and Gen 5.5's due to the different front bumper covers.
Have you checked out the Sportivo front lip? I've considered installing that if I break one of my front spats. I'm not sure if it would line up with my current SET kit however.
I have that kit, sitting in my garage. Its a great kit, good material and everything. AIT racing makes good stuff. As for the look on it, I installed it without the paint and it looks good. Its more subtle than you think. The pictures they show are distorted so its not the best thing.
I haven't gotten the kit painted yet mainly cuz its gonna cost some $$$ and I haven't fully decided on getting it installed. The vents on the front are alot smaller than they seem. And the rear just seems to flow witht he rest of the car. The picture does not do it justice.
i want that kit...minus the front bumper...i love the side skirts and back bumper....but the front is too..racy..or ricy. i just don't know what front lip or spats would look good with the rest of it...so i'm holding off.

yeah i like the back bumper and sides because it almost reminds me of the ones on miltons coupe, and god do i love that kit he has
the front bumper does sorta kill the look, but its still not a bad kit
the SET and JP vizage are the best kits still tho
that kit u posted TRD, gthat does look like a cheap add on as you said...i hate how the bumper covers the foglights...looks real weird IMO.
think the Vizage lip, or the SET Spats would go well with the wonderous sides and rear bumper?

Ever considered chopping up and refiberglassing the front bumper for a cleaner look?

What makes the Wondrous kit look a little to bit "extra" for me are the foglights and grille but you said the picture doesn't do it justice. If the areas are smaller than what's in the picture I think I would cop it. I've seen the viz kit but I think it makes the cam look too much like the Honda Accord coupe. I like this one particularly for the side skirts and rear bumper.
Do you have any pics of the kit? What's the range for priming and painting the kit?
