Gen6 bluetooth hands-free and music

Hi,

How do you play music from your phone to the stereo via bluetooth? I've done it once by accident but I can't seem to do it again. I was also able to hear my ringtone through the stereo when somebody called. Thanks.

Try pairing up your Bluetooth phone to your car stereo again (delete the previous pairing devices), then try making / receiving phone calls, if it works then try your phone's Music Player. It should connect automatically the next time you use it.

I did that already and it still didn't work. Are you able to play your music via bluetooth?

You did it once by accident right? Then I guess you should be able to play your music via Bluetooth.

Yeah. By accident only. Has anyone else done this?

LOL! Anyway, everytime I play my music from the phone while in the car, I can't hear anything from the phone. I try to play with the JBL radio as well but nothing comes up. I think this can actually work. Any other suggestions out there?

Their is a better way which yields better quality as well: Use a little FM transmitter you can plug into your phones earphone jack. Easy, trouble free and much better quality.

Even better, use the supplied AUX jack and ditch the FM white noise.

I thought that was too obvious and he wanted to have something "wireless" ....I have seen a car dock for a phone with FM transmitter, pretty neat.
