holy crap 22 offset!!! u will definitely rub. i looked at ur rim size. 18. oh okay not bad! he's going to drop it on 18s? okay not bad! his width is 9.5. ehh... but still, it can work! 245-40-18, not bad! But 22 offset?!?!?

lol yeah... rub-a-thon.

yeah i know im total noob at knowing offsets and stuff. so what is a reasonable offset. like a rule of thumb. keeping in mind that i am dropped on TRD's. will a 18x7.5 with a 42 offset work?

yes, offset does matter w/ width.

imo, 18x8 offset 35 looks the best.

im running 19x9.5 and 19x8.5

tire wise... prolly 18x8, 225/45/18, what wheel expert epsilon had said (since he had a bajillion rims on his car). Your car would look niceee.

so lemme get something straight real quick. the higher the offset the more in my rims will be? the lowwer the offset the more it'll stick out of the fenders? yes no?

yes. if u have a 40 offset, ur rim will be more tucked in than a 35 offset.

some VIP cars have +12 or even negative offsets. its ridiculous.

On our Gen6 camrys, don't go below a 35 offset and wider than 8.5. anything over is just crazy.

yes, i know i have a 9.5. Even my 8.5 +35 rim in the front, the rim sticks out of the car just a bit.

For a perfect flush, But for safety/rubbing issues, stay within the 8.0 8.5 width, and 35-40 offset.

Just to give you an idea, a previous active member on here with a Gen6 ran a 18x8.5 +30 with a TRD drop and he rubbed in the rear.
