but neways, why don't you go for an aftermarket remote start? I think its better than push button, since u can start ur car from a half a mile away?

look into carbine and viper to name a few.

i already have an alpine that starts windows and even control my system thought it would have been cool to have that stupid button that the xle has

I like that stupid button (and the fact I never have to take the fob out of my pocket to open the car either) ...so, I understand why you want it.

PS: I thought I have seen aftermarket modules, but they might not go together with any remote.
