After market insured with insurance?

I was wondering if anybody here has their modified car parts insured with the insurance? I think they can be or at least lip kits n rims (i think), I know you'll have to pay more but I was just checking to see if anybody has done it. I was just a bit concerned on my TSX retros, im thinking the insurance cant cover that correct?

So far the mods I have are:
-TSX retros
-TRD springs (just need to get them installed )
-Fog Lights (just go buy em off of ebay)

Mods I want:
-Razzi lip kit (future)
-(2)HKS uni. Carbon Ti muffler (future)
-speakers? (future-know nothing about them)
-rims (future-19's maybe)

with those, what do u guys think would be covered? Chances are it would have to depend on my insurance company right? hmm...I have "Farmers"

All my mods are covered, and future mods will be cover when i let them know what i've done.

From that list...don't quote me. but i would think everything but the retro (because it's not exactly legal) would be covered. But check with your ins. company.

Unless you tell your ins about the mods, they likely won't cover the parts. You may or may not pay more. Your insurance company would have the best answer.
