Already have the 2 AlphaSoniks and Rockford Fosgate amps for a total of around 5,000 watts of pure BASS (waiting for installation)

The Typhoon K&N Cold air intake

Im having the TiS 20'' wheels painted white as we speak

but am having so much problems getting the following

Wood Dash kit
Eyelids
L.E.D lights
Carbon Fiber Lip extension
Aftermarket Headlights
Aftermarket fenders

until then, no pictures

if someone can direct me to something DIRECT other than the search engine i would be oh so grateful

You are going to have to add a high output alternator and a nice new battery to your list.

That will do nothing for you. You can add 200 capacitors, but if your alternator and battery can't keep up with the load of the amplifiers then you will have problems.

So then lets ask this question.....

How do you know when to upgrade the battery/alternator to compliment the amps?

a good indication would be if your lights start flickering or getting dimmer

or your radio loses power

or if you have anything over 1200 wats of power ur prolly need a spare battery..

Your lights dimming is the most obvious signal that your cars electrical system can't keep up. If you're having someone install this for you and they haven't mentioned that a stock electrical system simply can't support 5000 watts in addition to the basic electrical components of the car, then I would not let them install it. Exactly what amps are you running? I think you may need to re-think this idea if you haven't done any research. People do have stereos that need that much power and a lot more, but they usually have a deep understanding of powering a stereo that powerful or atleast have someone guiding them along who does.

That's what I thought. I should be good then. I am only going to be pushing 1k watts total. It might not seem like a lot, but its enough for me.

lol 5000 watts of pure BASS... ok buddy stop reading your best buy/circuit city flyers about how much wattage your amps put out and look for something called RMS wattage.. read through http://www.bcae1.com/ first before you post such a ridiculous statement about car audio again

hahah 5k of pure bass i laughed wen i seen that to, alpha sonik are watever, fosgate AMPS are very nice and usually UNDERATED. im buildin a new system as we speak puttin 2500watts RMS to a 15'' RE MT and i upgraded my alternator and added a kenetik 2600 battery. but a good sign to tell if u needa upgrade is like people say wit the lights flickern or mesaure the voltage ur amps readin wen ur playing ur music if its droppin below 12V ur amp or sub will blow or just start clippin real nasty and wont sound good and eventually blow. wat fosgate amp u got btw? im bout to pickup a Fosgate T20001bd shits a monster make sure as well usin nice wiring tsunami or kicker wire is nice very high thread count and flexible. get a nice box made for it to if u want best quality sound tuned and measured to the subs got any more questions bout car audio maybe u should check out www.caraudio.com/forums where i usually am
