Newbie! Needs Some XM Help!

Hi all!

This is a rather interesting forum and I really seem to have already found some pointers. But..... I kinda have the red A$$ at the dealer. I just purchased my 07 Camry Hybrid w/ NAV yesterday 3/1/08, and asked the salesman if it was "XM ready" and he said "YES". I did not ask if it was "XM compatiable", because I knew it was. Here is my point. After the purchase (it was a late Saturday sale and the store was closing and it just seemed they wanted to get the papers signed an me out of there so they could go home) I had some questions on the car and I feel like I was told yes just to pacify me until the papers were signed. I took him at his word and now I have to now shell out some more money to buy the XM receiver / tuner???? What a freaking rip!.
Here is where I need your help.... Does anyone know where I can get the XM receiver at a decent price. I have read therads that say anywhere from 350.00 to 500.00 installed. Man, you would have to listen to a lot of freaking radio for that price!

Thanks for any input!
