Gen5 is this a good deal?

hello fellow TN ers
curious as to if this was a fair price for the parts i want to order
as i know i will be reminded of the search button so no need i know and have used it but still cant find in more specific details the answers to my curious questions
i own a 2004 camry le 4cyl
TRD strut bar $167
TRD rear sway bar $156
these are from the part dpt at toyota. originally the first price i had gotten were
strut $190
rsb $176
so the price has dropped now is this worth considering this if from the dealer and i dont have to pay any shipping and handling charges?
the listed price for these parts
strut $209
rsb $195
not bad?
they no longer have the TRD lowering springs so i guess i'll have to the online part for that. before i get any comments of "oh online is cheaper" yea it is sometimes but i would rather have a damn place to go to IN CASE of problems so i think it's worth a few extra bucks for that peace of mind and a person in front of me to complain to if i need and not over the phone where you dont know if that person can really help you cuz they could be on the other side of the US.

i am planning to get the SE black housing headlights. what is a fair price for these?
i've gotten $190 off ebay from am-autoparts.com. can some one give me more feed back then just ebay it? please?

can some one give me help with replacing a stock muffler with a borla universal muffler?
i am told TRD's axle back muffler is made by borla and to go with a universal but i am clueless as to even picking out the rite one (ie measurements, sound of it)
i like JORALLO's setup but i can not find any details as to which one did he get or price for it. he does mention some of you out there who've aided him and i would like to know what information you have given him. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2247692/7 i want either the same or close to it. i would like to know what is sounds like for that is what i am aiming for before purchasing. a price i got on the boomer muffler blow torch part#40060 was $190 from a shop who can order it for me. $215 on the website
as much as i will be informed of try doing some research or use ebay, i am aware of it and i still would like to ask you for help. i am new to some of this so please help. not just tell me to ebay it or search otherwise i'm still lost.

Your laundry list here is a lot more than the 500 hes asking for those coilovers, id get the coils, skip out on the sway bars and there you go, youve saved money

From what i heard coilovers are to be rough at times. TRD springs still lowers the car but gives some sort of comfort..

+1 Your car is slammed! There is no comfort in ride with coilover.

I've heard that Eibach's are similar to the TRD springs. I have the Eibach's and I'm happy with them. My only complaint is that they didn't lower the car enough but I like how the drop is even. For my car, I can get a TRD RSB for $150 shipped (through a Toyota dealer). If you can afford to get coilovers, I would suggest that you get them if you can find em for a good price.

oh, well you mentioned it so i thought you mightve been interested. i think some sort of springs would help round out the handling package you want though.
