So are gifts from friends who don't know quite what they're buying.
^ Like my buddy who bought me a car cover so my car won't get dust in the garage. Who later found out he bought the size for the Corolla, not the Camry.
Who wants to make a bet that the HID setup glares?

lol as for my hid, i have it aimed lower right now
i'ma student so haven't had the time and money to do any retros or squirrel spotters
It takes about 2 minutes to fix the squirrel spotters.
+1 It takes 2 minutes to push down the squirrel spotters to help eliminate the glare that blinding people. But to have a nice clean cut-off line you will have to cover up the rectangle hole completely and will take about 30 minutes.

feel free to come over and do it for me if you have the free time
I have more important things such as finals =X
maybe yall people already working forgot about haha
and yes, if i'm going to do it, i want to jb weld as well.
As Lammy pointed out, it doesn't matter if you are talking steel mesh, plastic or titanium. The only difference is the lower grill. The main grill is 100% interchangeable in all forms.

I guarantee I put in more hours working than you do with school including study time. Then add wife time and kids time and your excuses are even less applicable.
Suck it up, Buttercup

I'm 19 and in college as well.
You could have fixed the spotters instead of making that post.

+1 Now that I've been working with the same company for 20 years and I can tell a big different between College and Real life working.
In college, for the most part, you know well in advance what is ahead of you.
Midterms and finals. You know what time to be in class and what time to study.
In real life working, you have projects handed to you that was due yesterday! One minute you thought you got everything in control then BAM a phone call from your boss and your subordinates...and you are no longer in control of your work environment and schedule.
So yeah, I'll go back to college anytime if my company willing to give me the same salary.

Haha, you guys are funny....what free time? Does that still exist with a 24/7 job and family? But it's all relative, I guess. Having to power through some endless nights/weeks to get the finals down looks probably to be the biggest task in the world right now for skyxliner...so why you just don't use your lights :-) and "that" problem is "solved"
...you should not have time driving at night to parties anyway. JK it's all good.
lol that's all relative if i'm nearly as enthusiastic about modding my car as you guys, but i'm not. I'm not always thinking about what's my next mod or whatevers, it's been more of a learning experience but i'm not obsessive. as for the squirrel spotter Nazis lol, yall really need to chill out.
it was about a month after I received both my hids or the grille did i end up installing it. as for my spotters, i just tweaked the height lower and i've tested it out with my friend in front of me so it's not worst then the glare I see from oem hids. if it gets by in the mean time with minimal glare, I'll go with that until I can find a weekend to do the mod.
