0-74.5 MPH in 12s is not possible? Isn't the 0 to 60 time around 6s?
120 km/h = 33 m/s
0 m/s to 33 m/s in d=200m is acceleration of 2.772 m/s^2
33 m/s / 2.772 m/s^2 = 12.01s
