Guys Need Help!!! Gen5 Lemon Law

So guys heres the deal ive had my 2006 camry se for about a 1 and a half , and ive taken it to my local toyota dealership twice for transmissions problems, the first time they completley put in a new transmission which was about 6 months ago and today was the 2nd time . They said that it was the cars computer and they replaced that today. On top of everything the guy that helped me was a dick. So I was wondering what the deal of a lemon law is on a lease. Any info would help. Im in Elk Gove, CA

A simple Google search will get you direct answers that apply to your particular state:

You probably don't qualify.

Did you lease it new?

Lease? For how long, 3yr? Just ask them for a new one. Tell them "I'm sick of paying for this piece of crap!"

Or, you can try a different dealer, maybe you'll have a better luck.
