I made a thread/poll a while back about it, but it never went anywhere.

I personally like having them combined, because many of the people that help us Gen 6 guys out own a Gen 5.

Since you are new, I would highly recommend that you search for the handful of threads on this topic and see their outcomes and comments.

That's interesting. You post four times, don't use the search function, and want the site to change to suit you.

If he was, he would've done it himself... hahaha
Welcome, great to have yet another MD'er

No need to split the gens... all you need to do is use the post icons when you creating your thread to clarify the gen... that why they're there

splittin' the generations

PrincessPeach, thanks for asking I have a 2004 SE 3.3 litre.....The dark metallic grey. So far I have only put a K&N filter in it, and the over head garage door opener, which was interesting because I took the assembly out of my 03 4Runner and it fit.... I was wanting a rear sway bar but got underneath of it this morning and it has one....maybe some stiffer bushings can be found.

I have had 57 cars, truck and motorcycles to date...I love to play with them and have done a few simple things that folks said wouldn't work..On a Tundra and 4Runner...this is my first Camry, I have had a couple of Celicas, Corolla SR Wagon, Corona (wife's) Cressida eyc. CSM-H

PS: one of my very best friends lives on the hill right off the 60 on the right as you are going over the hill towards the mall......

performance for the SE

PrincessPeach....ah feed my need!!! The only thing I may do is put a Dyno Max Super Tubor muffler on it..20 1/2" x 9.5 x 4....offset inlet/outlet. With this muffler my muffler guy can take out the ugly bend (from underneath as seen from the back) and it will also have a little rumble.

There doesn't seem, as far as I have search too many performance (engine mods) that can be done...I am a true believer in headers, buy I couldn't find any for this motor....I have had headers on the 22RE, 3.4, and 4.7 all helped a great deal....CSM-H

PS: not into turbos or Superchargers....
