There are no installation instructions for TRD springs. What you need is the Suspension service manual, which talks about how you dismount and take apart the factory struts.
The oregonstate.edu site is no longer active, but you should be able to find this document online somewhere. I'd attach it if TN allowed attachments in replies.

it helped me a lot, to me, it seemed like a lot to do and a hard job but while doing it, it turned out that it wasnt hard at all, guess i did a lot of research lol but it took me about 2 hrs to do all 4 instead of 4+ hrs, but with an extra set of hands luckily
with the way the roads that ive been going over and everything, seems like im hurting my strut really bad, how may i know when i should replace it? im self conscious or paranoid lol [sorry to be ot]
