Shudder when Breaking

For those of you who own a '07 LE Camry, have you ever had any issues with a bump feeling when breaking? When i'm at least driving 35mph and then break, I feel a bump every time the odometer hits 25mph. Sometimes its a soft kick and sometimes it feels/sounds pretty violent as if i hit a pothole/bump in the road.

Originally i believed something may be wrong with ABS, but when I asked the dealership, they say its the engine decelerating. I've asked 4 different reps and they give the same answer.

I've asked other '07 Camry owners and they have not experienced any problems of this sort.

Any ideas what it could be? The engine, the brakes? I'm about to go to a different dealership to run a engine diagnostic.

Mine does that too, but just a little. The engine deccelerating sounds most logical.

Based on the fact that you think "breaking" is the same as "braking" and that the odometer can show 25 MPH instead of the speedometer, I'd tend to believe the four different "reps" that gave you the answer.
